Nest is a unique and distinctive shop based in the friendly and leafy village of Rhiwbina in Cardiff which specialises in gifts and homeware. The shop brings customers beautiful pieces that you won’t see in every shop on the high street, favouring small and often Welsh stockists. They have a constantly changing collection of fantastic, inspiring and out of the ordinary pieces.
On 25th October Nest held their annual Christmas Launch event, debuting their latest collection including Christmas and festive treats. This year proceeds from the tickets and refreshments were donated to Prostate Cymru, the leading prostate health charity in Wales supporting men with benign prostate disease and prostate cancer.
On behalf of the charity awareness volunteer Simon Marriott met owner Anna Knight to receive the funds raised, an impressive £206.42.
Keep an eye out on the 24th November at the Rhiwbina Christmas Fair for the Nest/Prostate Cymru Reindeer who will be making a guest appearance and happy to answer any questions about the disease or the charity.
