Dancing for Dad

A ‘twmpath dawns’ is an evening dedicated to dancing and is the Welsh version of a barn dance or a Gaelic ‘ceilidh’. Rhydian’s twmpath is being held at St Mary’s Church Hall in Tenby at 7pm on Friday 24th April.

Rhydian is raising money for Prostate Cymru in support of his father who was diagnosed with prostate cancer 18 months ago and his uncles who have also received treatment for the disease. Prostate cancer affects 1 in 8 men in Wales and 1 in 3 men if there is a family history. Rhydian is hoping that the event will help raise awareness of the disease and its risk statistics in his local community.

Tickets for the twmpath are £7 and this price includes a buffet. Please contact Rhydian on 07876 346133 or Menter Iaith Sir Benfro on 01239 831129 for more information or to purchase tickets.
