The rides start at Haverfordwest Rugby Club at 8am on 5th August. There are three route options: 17, 28 and 50 miles. All routes will be on cycle paths or open roads and marshals will be situated throughout each route to ensure rider safety. Bike maintenance will be on hand from Mikes Bikes on the day of the event.

The 17 mile route is a family friendly rider to Neyland Marina along the cycle path from Haverfordwest. The cost to enter the event and opt for this route as an adult is £15. The other routes will be £20 per adult. Children aged fourteen and under can ride the 17 mile route for free but must be accompanied by a paying adult. Children who fundraise a minimum of £25 will gain free entry to Folly Farm.

The 28 mile route is a new route incorporating scenic views and a few hills to stretch the legs through Camrose, Broadhaven and Tiers Cross. A feed and water station will be available on this route. Any under sixteen year olds wishing to challenge themselves by cycling this route must be accompanied.

The 50 mile route is a new route to St Davids and back. There are feed and water stations available at St Davids and Hayscastle. Any under sixteen year olds wishing to cycle this route must be accompanied.
