Prostate Cymru’s much-loved Big Breakfast fundraiser is back for 2025! Whether you prefer cereal, porridge, or a classic fry-up, it’s a fun and flexible way to raise vital funds – and you can host it anytime throughout November.
You can hold a Big Breakfast at home, at work, or within your local community – wherever suits you best!
The Big Breakfast is one of Prostate Cymru’s flagship fundraising events. A simple, social, and delicious way to support men in Wales facing prostate health issues.
Held throughout the month of November, individuals, workplaces, schools, and community groups are invited to host their own breakfast events. Whether it’s a full fry-up, pastries and coffee, or a bowl of porridge! It can be as big or small as you like.

Pick a date in November & sign up for free
Once registered, you’ll receive our free digital breakfast pack with a welcome letter, recipes, printable decorations, and breakfast invitations. -
Choose your venue and invite your guests
Keep it small with family or go bigger with friends, neighbours, or colleagues. Offices and canteens make great breakfast spots! -
Plan your menu
Go big with a full breakfast spread or keep it simple, the choice is yours. -
Host and enjoy the day
Decorate with our downloadable materials, and enjoy connecting over a great cause. -
