Frank has an engineering and business planning background and is now retired having spent 30 years in the Ministry of Defence and 11 years in the gas industry. He first became involved with Pembrokeshire Friends when he grew a beard for a year in 2015 to raise funds for Prostate Cymru, his Father in law having passed away from the disease several years earlier. Ruth was Area Chairman of NALC – Ladies Circle -Area 46, a charity-based society raising funds locally, nationally and internationally. She is no stranger to public speaking, and still doing so. During this time he has also been a member of the Pembrokeshire Friends of Prostate Cymru (PFoPC) and is now the local treasurer, always happy to pay money into the account. He can provide buckets, collecting boxes and other materials to help with fundraising.
