Cardiff Half Marathon- Sunday 4th October

Sunday 4th October will see runners from all over the UK taking the challenge of running 13.1 miles for the annual Cardiff Half Marathon. Join the Prostate Cymru team and help raise much needed funds by becoming one of our official runners.

Whether a seasoned runner or a beginner, pledge your support today. Prostate Cymru has teamed up with  Be Your Best Personal Training, to create tailored personal training programmes. These training programmes will be given to every person who signs up to run Cardiff Half Marathon on behalf of Prostate Cymru.

Each runner is asked to aim to raise at least £200; they will in turn receive a Prostate Cymru running vest, wristband, nutrition tips and advice, as well as the Cardiff Half Marathon goody bag on completion of the run.

The route takes runners past the capital’s most iconic landmarks with the beautiful scenery and historic buildings. Beginning in 2003 with under 1,300 competitors, the event saw over 21,000 compete in 2014, making the Cardiff Half Marathon a landmark event in the Cardiff calendar.
