It’s been an exciting start to 2020 for Prostate Cymru as we welcome Welsh water company Radnor Hills as our sponsor for the coming year.
After Radnor Hills impressive 2019, including winning the Ethical Manufacturer Award 2019, we’re thrilled to be sponsored by them for the exciting events we have coming up this year like The Big Walk and The Big Cycle.
Talking about the sponsorship Prostate Cymru’s Community and Sports Officer, Chris Leyshon said, “It was fantastic to visit Radnor Hills and we are beyond thrilled to be the chosen charity for such a fantastic brand. Supporting Welsh businesses is something that we consider a priority and for such a large Welsh business such as Radnor Hills to sponsor us for the coming year is fantastic.
At future events such as The Big Walk, The Five Valleys Sportive and the Cardiff Half Marathon we will now have natural Welsh water ready at our water stations for all the participants to help them stay hydrated while they’re helping to raise money.
With prostate cancer affecting 1 in 8 men in Wales fundraising is an essential part of what we do, and with the backing from big Welsh brands such as Radnor Hills we can’t wait to see what we will achieve in 2020.
