St Davids Distillery are launching their new vodka this St David’s Day in collaboration with Prostate Cymru.
The vodka will be available to purchase from the 1st March from their website and is priced at £39.95 per bottle.
For the St David’s Day launch 15% will be donated to Prostate Cymru from each bottle bought, and subsequently 5% from each bottle.
Distilled in St Davids, Pembrokeshire, this 700ml, 43% Welsh Vodka is a great addition to anyone’s drinks cabinet.
Neil Walsh, founder of St Davids Distillery, said, “I moved back home and St Davids Gin & Kitchen was born in 2016. I was aware of Prostate Cymru due to my uncle, Ian Walsh, being an Ambassador, however I began my own fundraising and support for Prostate Cymru after joining local fundraising group the Penknife Club.”
He continued, “On our 4 year anniversary and Prostate Cymru 20th anniversary, we are launching a St David’s Vodka in partnership with Prostate Cymru. The work they do within Wales is amazing and typical of Welsh ‘spirit’, if you pardon the pun. It is an honour and privilege to be working together and we look forward to raising lots of funds over the forthcoming years.”
Speaking about the collaboration, Owen Pugsley, Prostate Cymru’s Corporate and Marketing Manager, said, “This is a fantastic collaboration for us, celebrating both our 20th birthday and St Davids Distillery’s 4th birthday. St Davids is particularly poignant for the charity, with the city being a hub for Prostate Cymru fundraisers and supporters, and we can’t wait for this to continue in 2023.”
