In July, a team from construction firm Knox and Wells took on the Welsh Three Peaks for Prostate Cymru. The team included Owain Whatley, Owain MacMillan, Nigel King, Andrew Davies, Howell Davies, Gareth Davies, Dave Smith, Lee Mayes, Jason Morris and Mike Dando. Their designated driver between sites was Keith Hopkinson.
The group decided to take on the challenge as part of a company wide health and fitness plan. The team climbed Snowdon, Cadair Idris and Pen Y Fan in just under 24 hours. Through donations online and offline, the Knox and Wells team raised over £3000.
