Howden, the gas and air handling equipment supplier, has once again supported Prostate Cymru donating £2000 to the Charity.
The Bridgend office of Howden has donated to Prostate Cymru over many years after the Regional Manager based at the office, Bryan Wade, talked with Andy Thomas, trustee of the charity. Howden is a global company supplying equipment for gas and air handling – such as the green fans in the Butetown Tunnels.
Each office of the company is awarded a figure to donate to charity based on their accident record for the year. The Howden office in Bridgend this year managed to record no accidents whatsoever and therefore was awarded the full £2000 open to them. This brings the total raised by this office for Prostate Cymru to around £10000.
