The Gym at the Vale Resort has once again shown its support for Prostate Cymru with a marathon row which took place on the 24th and 25th November.
Ten people participated in this event, including our very own chairman, Andy Thomas. He is seen pictured here with Rhiannon Williams from Llantrisant rowing the marathon (44.100 km). Rhiannon is currently a second degree black belt in Tae Kwon-Do, with many national titles. This was her first ever indoor rowing event.
The marathon row saw participants complete 24 miles on a rowing machine. We wish to thank everyone for their efforts and for those at the Vale Gym which organised the event.
